Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 Feb 2026.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We keep it minimal because discretion is part of the programme.
Who controls your data
Data controller: Digital Human Assets SLU (Spain), operating the brand “Almarse”.
CIF: B05321799 · Address: C/ Andreu Coll, 28, 07100 Sóller, Illes Balears, Spain.
What we collect
- Contact & application data: name, country, dates, number of guests, time zone, your message (and optionally email) — when you contact us via WhatsApp or forms that prefill WhatsApp.
- Operational coordination: details needed to run the programme (e.g., mobility constraints, food preferences), only if you share them.
- Website analytics (optional): basic usage data via Google Analytics 4, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
Why we process it (legal basis)
- To reply and coordinate (pre-contract steps / legitimate interest).
- To deliver the programme (contract performance).
- To comply with law (e.g., invoicing / accounting).
- To improve the website (consent, for analytics).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary to deliver what you asked for (e.g., transfers, accommodation partners) and only on a need-to-know basis.
International transfers
WhatsApp is a Meta service and may involve processing outside the EU/EEA. When you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that platform’s terms and data processing also apply.
Retention
We keep messages and coordination data only as long as needed for the relationship and legal obligations. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings and is used only in aggregate.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise rights, contact us via WhatsApp +34 651 581 118 or by email — address provided on request to avoid automated collection. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
