• Operational coordination: details needed to run the programme (e.g., mobility constraints, food preferences), only if you share them.
• Website analytics (optional): basic usage data via Google Analytics 4, only if you consent to analytics cookies.

Why we process it (legal basis)

• To reply and coordinate (pre-contract steps / legitimate interest).
• To deliver the programme (contract performance).
• To comply with law (e.g., invoicing / accounting).
• To improve the website (consent, for analytics).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary to deliver what you asked for (e.g., transfers, accommodation partners) and only on a need-to-know basis.

International transfers
