Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 Feb 2026. These terms apply to all Almarse programmes and services.

These terms govern your relationship with Almarse, operated by Digital Human Assets SLU (Spain). By reserving a programme, you accept these terms in full.

The service

Almarse designs and delivers private immersion programmes in Sóller, Mallorca. Current programmes are the Spring Immersion and Eclipse Longevity Days. All programmes are facilitated by Juanjo Martí-Noguera and delivered in small groups of up to 4–6 participants.

Programmes are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or clinical intervention. They are structured personal development experiences that use landscape, methodology, and facilitation to support reflection and renewal. Participants with active clinical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before enrolling.

Reservations and payment

  • A reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation from Almarse and receipt of the deposit (30% of total fee).
  • The remaining balance is due on the schedule stated in your written confirmation.
  • Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all programme elements as described. Accommodation is coordinated on your behalf and included unless otherwise stated.
  • Almarse reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at its discretion, in which case all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellations and refunds

Full terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Participant responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally able to participate in the programme you have booked.
  • You must inform Almarse before arrival of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary requirements, or other circumstances that may affect your participation.
  • You agree to treat other participants, facilitators, and any third-party staff with respect throughout the programme.
  • Almarse reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or incompatible with the programme environment.

Health and safety

Programmes include outdoor activities in natural environments (walks, coastal paths, mountain terrain). You participate at your own risk. Almarse takes reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee the absence of hazards inherent to natural environments.

Almarse does not provide medical supervision. The presence of a companion clinician (where applicable) is a programme element, not a clinical safety service.

Intellectual property

The RUEDA methodology, programme materials, and all content on almarse.es are the intellectual property of Digital Human Assets SLU. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any programme materials without written permission.

Photography and privacy

Almarse may take photographs during programmes for internal use. We will ask for your explicit consent before using any image in which you are identifiable in marketing or public materials. You may opt out at any time.

You are welcome to photograph your personal experience. We ask that you respect other participants' privacy and do not share identifiable images of other participants without their consent.

Liability

Almarse's liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the programme in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, travel costs, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
